Donating Art to ASAMA
The American Sport Art Museum and Archives, a division of the United States Sports Academy, is a non-profit institution. Therefore, all donations made to the Museum are tax deductible.
If you are considering donating a work of art to the ASAMA collection, please use the following instructions to ensure your donation is properly evaluated and processed.
1. Please send a letter of intent via U.S. mail or e-mail to the ASAMA Curator. Your letter should include pertinent information regarding the proposed work of art. Please include the artist, title, medium, size, date (rendered) and value.
2. All letters should be accompanied by an image or high quality reproduction of the proposed work. They may be slides, digital images or high quality computer generated prints. When applicable, one may provide a link to the artist website featuring the work.
3. Please address letters sent via U.S. Mail to: ASAMA Curator, American Sport Art Museum and Archives, One Academy Drive, Daphne, AL 36526.
