An art show honoring Opie Otterstad as the 2006 Sport Artist of the Year will be held at Gallery 319 in Santa Monica, Calif., on February 7, 2006 from 6-8 p.m. The art show will feature the unveiling of the official 2005 Chicago White Sox World Series team painting. Anyone is invited to attend the show, but please RSVP at www.gallery-319.com. In December, Otterstad was named the 2006 Sport Artist of the Year by the American Sport Art Museum and Archives.
